In your Welcome to Penina pack, you will find the phone number of your support worker. They are contactable 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday. You can always ask your support worker for their work phone number or email if you have lost it. You can also call our office on 09 269 7989 and select option
How can I get into Penina Trust Social Housing?
Visit your nearest Work and Income (WINZ) office and talk to one of the team there, as all of our tenants come through WINZ referrals. A Case Manager will then contact us to book an assessment with Penina Trust. Your assessment will then determine whether we will be able to provide social housing to you.

How do I know the outcome of my assessment for housing?
Your case worker at WINZ will let you know the outcome of your assessment. If you have not heard back in a reasonable amount of time (approx. 3-5 days), please contact your WINZ office.
