How can I get into Penina Trust Social Housing?

Visit your nearest Work and Income (WINZ) office and talk to one of the team there, as all of our tenants come through WINZ referrals. A Case Manager will then contact us to book an assessment with Penina Trust.  Your assessment will then determine whether we will be able to provide social housing to you.
